Return Process

  Contact our gallery within 14 days of receiving your item to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide your order details.

  Secure Professional Packing

  Due to the delicate nature of antiques, items must be professionally packed in their original materials to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

  Arrange Insured Shipping

  The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable, fully insured courier service to cover the value of the antique.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the item and confirmed it is in its original condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
