WWI Prisoner of War Fish Bone Vertebrae Tea Set
Miniature hand painted and carved fish vertebrae Tea Set made by a First World War British Prisoner of War. Including glass display cloche and it’s original wooden box and cotton wool padding. Tea pot size: 2.2 cm high, 4.5 cm wide. A very rare Museum worthy piece-another example can be seen in The National Museums of Scotland and another exhibited at the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Headquarters in Geneva.
