Florentine Museum Piece Black Coral
An absolutely huge, rare and striking museum specimen of mounted framed Black Coral from a private collection in Florence, Italy housed in the Palazzo Minerbetti, located at 3 Via de’ Tornabuoni. The palace was reputedly occupied by a branch of Saint Thomas Becket of Canterbury’s family who emigrated to Florence, and also by an ancient Republican Florentine family from the 1500-1800s.
